HOW ourletting process WORKS

1. VALUING YOUR PROPERTY

We will conduct a FREE rental valuation to determine the value of the property, and give you all the information you need regarding our services, and the demand in the local market.

2. PREPARE YOUR PROPERTY FOR LET

3. FINDING THE RIGHT TENANTS

4. AGREEING THE TENANCY
Once a suitable tenant has been found and you have accepted the tenant application, there will be some important paperwork to complete before the tenancy can start.
5. TAKING THE DEPOSIT AND MOVING TENANTS IN
After completing all of the relevant paperwork, we’ll collect the first month’s rent, protect the deposit in government approved deposit scheme and complete the check in of the tenant.
6. MANAGING A LETTING
If you’ve opted in for our managed service, we will take care of your property and tenant while you can kick back and relax. We’ll ensure that your property and tenants are well taken care of while you focus on what matters to you.
7. END OF TENANCY AND RENEWALS
If the tenancy is a fixed term agreement we will determine what your intentions are before either re-letting, renewing or ending the tenancy.
